Return and Refund Policy
Our Return and Refund Policy complies with applicable EU consumer protection regulations.
Please keep in mind the time and care involved in preparing and shipping your order. This is especially important during the Christmas season, when every child is looking forward to a Christmas or birthday gift. We do our best to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible and sincerely appreciate the trust of our customers.
Non-refundable Products
- Products that are specially designed, made to order or personalised for the customer
- Products showing signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect their nature, characteristics and functionality
- Products damaged as a result of inappropriate or incorrect use
Cancelled Orders
The customer may cancel the order within 14 days of placing it, provided that the order has not yet been shipped. In this case, the full amount paid will be refunded.
Returned Products
The customer must notify us of their decision to return the goods within 14 days of receiving them. The customer then has a further 14 days to send the goods back.
To receive a full refund (the product price + the original shipping costs from us to the customer’s address), the customer must:
- notify us of the return, including the order number, by email at barintoys@barintoys.com
- send the product to our return address (check the sender’s address on the package you received or ask us for the address by email)
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
After receiving the returned goods, we inspect them within 1 business day and issue the approved refund to the original payment method.
Unclaimed or Refused Shipments
For unclaimed or refused shipments, the actual delivery and return costs incurred may be deducted from the refundable amount.
By unclaimed or refused shipments, we mean situations in which:
- the customer refuses to accept the ordered parcel
- the carrier is unable to deliver the parcel despite several delivery attempts or because an incorrect address was provided
