Article 2: Applicability

These general terms and conditions apply to every offer from BarinToys.com and to every distance agreement concluded between the entrepreneur and consumer.

Before the agreement is concluded (at a distance), the general terms and conditions are made available to the consumer. By placing an order you agree to these terms and conditions.

BarinToys.com reserves the right to amend and/or supplement these terms and conditions and the content of the website at any time, particularly when this is required by applicable laws or regulations.

Article 3: Prices

The stated prices for the products offered by BarinToys.com are in EUR and include VAT.

Products are packaged and include shipping costs, unless otherwise specified.

Article 4: Ordering products

When you place a final order through BarinToys.com, you enter into an agreement with BarinToys.com.

You will receive an order confirmation containing the total amount and all relevant information.

When placing an order, you must ensure that the correct delivery address is stated.

We will keep you informed of the delivery time at all times.

Article 5: Payment

BarinToys.com offers its customers 2 payment methods.

  • You may pay by credit or debit card using Stripe’s payment gateway. This payment option allows you to pay for your online purchases safely, reliably and conveniently. No additional fees will be charged.
  • Alternatively, the customer may ask us to issue a PayPal invoice or an invoice for payment by direct bank transfer.

After receiving your payment, BarinToys.com will send a payment confirmation by email, after which the products will be delivered within the specified delivery time.

Article 6: Delivery time

As soon as your payment (in the manner set out above) has been received by us, we will arrange for the delivery of the products ordered by you.

Your order will be shipped within 1-2 business days. Transportation from our production facility to your delivery address will then take approximately 5 business days.

Article 7: Warranty

Under EU legislation, a 2-year warranty is applied as standard.

Article 8: Liability

BarinToys.com takes the utmost care to ensure the accuracy and reliability of all information published on our website. However, inaccuracies and/or omissions may still occur unintentionally despite the care we take.

We cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damage arising from the use of this information. We are also not responsible for files linked from our website and/or references to third-party websites.
